The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we were staying in a friend's house. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the spacious bedroom had plenty of plugs for our devices. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, as it was situated on the northern outskirts of the city, providing us with beautiful views and easy access to the main sites of this city. The breakfast provided was superb, with a variety of fresh sliced fruits that we found to be awesome. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location in the fabulous gardens were the best aspects of our stay.

Almost perfect.

The location was amazing, with beautiful views of the golf course and the sea. The hotel is conveniently located just over a mile from the Whitby town centre, and I enjoyed a scenic walk along the coastal path to get there. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I appreciated the spaciousness and the great views it offered. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning, which was a great way to start my day.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location was perfect, with just a 25-minute walk to the iconic Whalebone arch. The hotel is situated next to a golf course and offers breathtaking sea views. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it had all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast served was excellent.

Nothing, all was good.

The room was spacious and had a private balcony with stunning views of the bay, which was even more amazing at sunset. The staff were all friendly and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Having free parking was a bonus. Although the walk to the town center took around 25 minutes along the cliff tops, we enjoyed the scenic route and a quick drink at the bar made the walk back well worth it.
